Orders
Absolutely! Our online store is new, but we'd be happy to put together a custom order for you. If you know what you'd like, please send us an email with your shipping address, item name(s), specifications, and quantities. We will put together a quote for your order and assist you with finalizing the order. Our standard shipping and return policies apply to all orders.
We'd be happy to help you access the perfect supply, even if we do not carry it in store. Give us a call, stop by the store, or send us an email with what you are looking for. Please note that due to ordering outside our normal inventory, we are not able to offer returns on special products. However, please reach out if there is any issue with your order - we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Shipping
Our supplies are hand-assembled in our shop and we do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Regardless of the shipping method you selected, orders will still take 2-3 business days to leave our shop. We ship via USPS or FedEx, and orders typically arrive within a week in the United States, if not sooner.
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you shipping confirmation including a tracking number. Quoted shipping times are estimates, and are often longer due to carrier delays.

Returns
We accept the return of any unused supplies in their original packaging for an exchange or refund. Shipping is at the expense of the customer. We cannot accept returns of used products or other final sale items. Please contact us with your order number to arrange any returns.
We’ll gladly replace any of our supplies free of charge if your item was damaged during shipping, or if our craftsmanship or materials are flawed. Please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide a solution. We cannot replace items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use or care.
